Returns & Refunds

For returns, you needs to notify us in writing or send us an email at info@emjoimicronail.com within 14 working days.
You will be entitled to a refund of your purchases which will be paid within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the notice of cancellation.
The customer should keep the product/s that he has purchased in a saleable condition; it should be in its original packaging or in the condition in which it was received otherwise his refund will be forfeited.

Should for any reason we deliver incorrect goods, have sent damaged products or should the customer discover any defect in the products delivered for which he requires compensation, the customer should report such defects within fourteen (14) days after delivery of the products.
The customer should keep the product/s that he has purchased in a saleable condition; it should be in its original packaging or in the condition in which it was received otherwise his refund will be forfeited.

We are not liable should there be any damage or loss due to repairs that have been attempted by the customer or any third party.

Refunds will be available through the original purchase method; there are no cash refunds.
Returned products should be sent through registered mail or through a courier.
The customer should ask for a certificate of posting since we are not liable for items that are lost in the post. The customer should send his original invoice along with the returned product. A description of the reason/reasons for the return should also be included. Costs for original postage and packaging as well as any costs due to the return of the product/products are not refundable.
